Happiness is not a physical object. It’s not a pet rock or a valentine flower, but it is rather a state of mind. If your mind is at peace and is considered pure, then it is to be considered happy. Impure thoughts (even to our own selves) create more stress and uneasiness that often lead away from happiness and its counterparts.
Achieving a peaceful mind in today’s society may be considered difficult, but like I have said beforehand “it is possible.” Meditation, shaking things off, and the ability to remain calm are a few of the ways to find peace within ourselves. Some people claim screaming into a pillow or secluding from the world help provide a way to release frustration and uneasiness. These tips may help you become happy but everyone is different than one another. Due to this, I encourage you to let others know via commenting what helps you become less stressful. Just in doing this you could be helping the lives of others and creating more happiness upon yourself.
Stay happy,
Ryan Gannon
