It’s always a good idea to have a back-up plan. They make everything easier when all else fails Plans and ideas don’t always go as they should and are often misleading or not possible. With a plan B though, these thoughts of failure will diminish along with plan A. If the power to your house goes out due to a tornado experience or your computer malfunctions and crashes, a back-up plan can save the day. Having another thing to rely on can save you with meeting that office deadline of yours or warming your morning coffee.
Try making back-up plans for daily life situations to help offer you with less stress and anxiety. Having a spare plan will allow you to remain calm instead of letting a simple, fixable problem get the best of you. This will allow you to stay happy for longer periods of time.
Stay happy,
