The 14 members going on to compete at state broke a record for students going on to state.
“This is the most kids we’ve ever taken probably because we had more kids go to state and they just did very well,” DeCiechi said.
A competitor in business law and ethics, Sever Manzoor, has personal goals to accomplish before heading to Nationals.
“I’d like to know more official business term and work on my jargon to add to our teams professionalism,” Manzoor said.
The top 14 finalists are: Taylor Crittenden, Will Boville, Travis Cobb,Josh Lemaster, Alyssa Bocci, Maddy Millikan, Dan Brodnik, Chris Zerr, Andrew Brodnik, Seve Manzoor, Ryan Gannon, Brendan Grayek, Sarah Teson, and Kaitlyn Williams.
