For senior Jared Glose religion isn’t just about going to church every Sunday, but more about finding the deeper meaning of what religion really is: loving and worshiping God alone. Glose not only strives for this, but one of the ways he shows it is by leading Revolution Youth.
“Revolution Youth is basically our youth group’s music worship team at Church on The Rock,” Glose said. “For me, going to my youth group is a way to get plugged in with other people and at the same time spiritually grow with them.”
Glose was encouraged by his family before he decided to be a part of the worship team three years ago, and from then on he has participated in every event.
“I believe that it benefits teens by just being in a place where they can feel like they belong, without the fear of being judged.”
