It’s that time of year again- baseball season. Which means the office is giving out two Cardinal tickets to each student who has a 3.5 GPA or higher.
“It’s great to see how many students have a 3.5 GPA or better,” Office administrator Marilyn Jarvis said. “It’s a great accomplishment in high school.”
All students who still need to claim their tickets need to get there ID and see Jarvis in the main office before or after school. Although the tickets are easy to get, about one in four students don’t claim their tickets.
“I haven’t got mine yet because I always forget to get them,” Sophomore Megan Bammann said.
The list of students who qualified for the free tickets were in St. Louis Post Dispatch on April 7 and there is copy of the list in the office. The office will continue to give out the tickets for the remainder of the school year.
“I like getting the cardinal tickets,” Junior Lauren Kopf said. ” I feel like I’m being rewarded for working hard in school.”
