Varsity Boys Basketball head off to the Seckman tournament to face Windsor Jefferson County High school in their first game at 1:30. The Knights who are1-6 are looking to redeem themselves with a win against Windsor. The team ran through offenses and defenses that will work against their opponent as well as conditioning.
“I have lifted weights through out my offseason as well as during my season to prepare for this and watched different college basketball games to learn and work on new skills that will help better my team,” junior point guard, Andrew Raguini said.
The team is hoping to execute the offense and use it against the Windsor defense to achieve a much needed victory. This has been a weak spot in the Knights game so far but with a strong zone defense and high intensity they have been able to stay in games.
“To beat Windsor, we need to break the press, not turn the ball over, and play as a team,” senior forward, Ryan Jeppesen said.
