On Feb. 28, junior delegates held the prom fashion show in the Auditorium. The show featured students wearing various dresses and tuxedos from different venues.
“I thought the show went great and everyone had an awesome time performing,” Senior Luke Kemp, who was in the show said.
Lori Moore, junior class sponsor enjoyed watching the show come together, and believed the students did well.
“I was very impressed by the students that participated,” Moore said. “They were professional but yet had a lot of fun.”
The show included a cat walk and a talent round. At the end of the show, awards for things such as ‘Ms Congeniality’ and ‘Best Catwalk’ were given. Junior delegate members worked to make sure the show ran well. The proceeds from the show will go towards prom this year.
“The show went really smoothly and there were no mess-ups,” junior delegate Savannah Landers said. “Nothing bad happened to hold us back.”
Junior Catie Blake who was escorted by junior Drew Lander. Blake enjoyed being apart of the show and plans on being apart of it next year as well.
“I’d like to encourage anyone who likes this kind of stuff to do the show next year,” Blake said.
