Varsity Girls’ Tennis
Taking after her mother, senior Allison Lewis loves tennis. This is Lewis’ third year on Varsity and playing for North; however, she’s played tennis since eighth grade. She believes her greatest accomplishment is placing second in GACs for silver last year. This year, she looks forward to Senior Night, tournaments, and GACs.
Sofia Quintana (Senior)
Varsity Girls’ Volleyball
Starting her fourth year on the Girls’ Volleyball team, her second on Varsity, senior Sofia Quintana looks forward to making memories with the other girls. Her favorite part of playing is the team connection and the experience she gains from the games. Quintana believes her biggest accomplishment is learning how to push herself when times get tough.
A.J. Lozada (Junior)
Varsity Football
Junior A.J. Lozada started playing football four years ago because he likes the contact of the sport. Lozada will start his second year on Varsity this year and believes that his biggest accomplishment is his improvement in blocking. He hopes for a winning season and believes it is possible because the team has changed direction and become more committed.
Abigail Griffin (Senior)
Varsity Softball
Since the age of five, senior Abigail Griffin has played softball. This will be her third year on Varsity, and she believes that her biggest accomplishment is becoming a switch hitter. This season, she is looking forward to bonding with the other girls and seeing how their game progresses.
Brandon Chac (Senior)
Varsity Cross Country
After joining a middle school friend in running, senior Brandon Chac never stopped. When Chac started, he ran two miles in 20 minutes and 56 seconds. Now, he can run a 5K in 17 minutes and 12 seconds. Chac believes his biggest accomplishment was qualifying for State last year and he looks forward to seeing the potential of the Boys’ Cross Country team move toward success.
Tiffany Metts (Senior)
Varsity Girls’ Golf
Senior Tiffany Metts started playing golf just two seasons ago is starting her second year on Varsity this season. Metts started playing golf because her friend, FHN graduate Sarah Creely, introduced her to the game. She believes her biggest accomplishment is raising her average from a 70 to a 59. Metts looks forward to playing in a tournament and spending time with her team.
Patrick Cronin (Senior)
Varsity Boys Soccer
Senior Patrick Cronin first started playing soccer at the young age of three. He has been part of the FHN Knights Soccer team since he was a freshman, and he has spent his last three years on the Varsity squad. Patrick has also been a part of the North Knights Baseball team.
Zac Fletcher (Senior)
Varsity Boys Swimming
Senior Zach Fletcher is a first year swimmer on the FHN boys swim team. He has wrestled for three years now and he decided to swim to help get himself in better shape for the wrestling season.
