The seniors won against the juniors with a score of 161 to 77 in last night’s Powder Puff football game. The seniors started off strong, getting the first five touchdowns of the game, while the juniors started out slow, picking up the pace more in the second half.
“The Seniors deserve to win, lets be honest here,” senior center Kaitlin Eifert said.
At the end of the first half, the score was 91 to 35, seniors in the lead.
The Crowd Pleasers, or cheerleaders, were a favorite by the audience. They entertained everyone in the crowd with a half-time dance and goofy cheers, they even played a little game of Red Rover.
“I love all of being a crowd pleaser. Being sassy and getting the attention from all the men and all the women,” junior and crowd pleaser Stone Birkner said.
Sophomores and freshmen had been buzzing about wanting to get their turn in Powder Puff, whether it’d be as a player, crowd pleaser, or even a coach.
“Heck yeah I want to he a crowd pleaser, I want to dress up like a hot girl,” sophomore Tommy Watts said.
