Kaitlin Isbell (Senior)
Girls Basketball
Senior Kaitlin Isbell is excited to start playing games and is excited to see how the team does this year. Isbell has been playing on an offseason team and has been going to workouts to prepare for this season. She has been having more fun this year because the practices have been more fun and everyone’s getting along very well.
Anthony Starks (Senior)
Boys Basketball
Senior Anthony Starks is most excited about playing with his teammates one last time. He has been preparing for the season by working out and working on the skills on the court. Starks believes that in order to be successful, they have to start playing as a team. He already likes this year better than the previous years because the whole team has a mindset on being the best.
Alyssa Thrasher (Senior)
Girls Swimming
Senior Alyssa Thrasher is excited to meet new people and compete in new events this season. She enjoys being able to work with her sister who is one of the coaches on the team. Alyssa believes that the team needs to work on flip turns and breathing techniques to improve this season. She also believes the relationships with all the girls is a major factor in the success of the team.
Rickey Stratmann (Freshman)
Bowling
Freshman Rickey Stratmann is excited for this bowling season with hopes to throw a perfect game. He believes that all the team needs to do is figure out the little issues and come together as a team then they will win. Although Stratmann is only a freshman, he used to bowl with a graduated bowler from North. From what he has seen, the team has improved and are more organized to win.
Bryan Fuhler (Junior)
Hockey
Junior Bryan Fuhler has been working out this summer to prepare for this hockey season. He is most excited about the upcoming Founders Cup. Fuhler likes this season better than previous seasons because all his teammates give 100%, the only thing they need to work on is coming together as a team.
Sam Ritchie (Junior)
Wrestling
Junior Sam Ritchie is most excited about the state tournament this year where his goal is to place top 6 and get a state medal. Ritchie has been preparing for this season by working out and wrestling whenever possible. He believes that in order for the team to improve, they need to work more as a team rather than individuals.
