Eight grade students and their parents file into the gymnasium to get informed on what high school registration will be like. “I think it’s really helpful for parents ad students to be able to come to the school and hear about the wide variety of classes we offer so they can make informed choices with regards to their four year plan,” Ann Herman, A+ counselor, said. After the introduction from JV and Varsity Knightline and a welcoming speech from Andy Downs, students and parents were directed to the small gym for he activities fair where they could meet a few teachers, electives, clubs, and preview classes they could take next year. “I’m really nervous to go into high school but I’m excited to join different clubs,” Brittany Zylka, Hollenbeck eight grader, said.
