On January 17, the varsity boys basketball team hosted the Timberland Wolves. Before the game, Chris Woods was inducted into the FHN Hall of Fame. Woods played for the Knights for three years. In college, Woods played for Vanderbilt, where he is 4th in school history for blocked shots, and holds the record for most dunks in a game with 9.
The Knights went into the half tied at 27 with the Wolves. However, by the end of the third quarter, the Knights were on top by the score of 42-39. The Knights continued to slip away from the Wolves, and won with the score of 64-54.
The next game for the varsity boys will be on Tuesday, January 21 at Fort Zumwalt West. The next home game for the Knights will be on Friday, February 14 at 7:00 P.M. against Fort Zumwalt West. (photos by matt krieg)
