Registration for the 2014-2015 school year is taking place now, it started Dec. 13 and will last
until Dec. 23 at 12 a.m.
“I hate registering for classes every year,” sophomore Jenna Cool said. “It’s so stressful because my parents always want to sign me up for the hardest classes and I don’t want to take them to we get in arguments over which one I’m going to take. I feel like since it’s my life and my schooling I should be able to pick what classes I want to take and which ones I don’t want to take.”
Although some people may consider this the most stressful time of the school year, some think it is one of the most exciting because they can see what classes they will be able to take next year and it gives them a feel for how the classes will be and what they’re all about.
“I love registration time during school,” sophomore Maria Seibel said. “I like getting to chose my own classes instead of someone else choosing for me, it gives me a sense of independence and I love that. Plus, I love the thought that the classes I’ll be taking will be for my junior year which means I’m so close to finishing high school.”
