Spirit week is the one of the few weeks that almost everybody is fully dressed-out in spirit wear. It’s the one time of the year when you can look like a complete lunatic and be proud of it.
“My favorite thing about Decades Day was the enthusiasm of the students and the fact that they stayed in character all day,” senior Addison Eaker said.
Decades Day is when you dress like people from the 60’s, 70’s or 80’s. For example, someone might dress up as Michael Jackson or hippie.
Five favorite spirit days of the past include Class Colors Day, Nerd Day, Toga/Under the Sea Day, Backwards Day, and Wheres Waldo Day.
The most participated spirit day that will continue throughout the years is class colors day. Class colors day is when students, and sometimes staff get decked out in face paint and dyed hair, and are fully dressed in their class colors.
