On Monday Sept. 8 the Freshman Football team played the Fort Zumwalt South Bulldogs. This was the Freshman Knights second game. The Knights came out with a win/loss. This was the Knights second loss. The final score was…

“They played their hardest, and they did good. It could have been better but it was alright,” said Casie Pierce.
The Knights scored their first touchdown in the second quarter. The Bulldogs scored their first touchdown in the second quarter. The Bulldogs also scored in the fourth quarter.The next Freshman football game will be on Sept. 15 at Francis Howell High School. The next home game will be on Sept. 22 vs the Howell Central Spartans at 4:00pm.
“They need to get their defensive line together and block for each other,” said Pierce.
