On Nov. 20, 21, 24 and 25, senior class delegates began selling various articles of clothing for the graduating class of 2015. Some of the proceeds made were used to help pay for graduation.
“I actually like the senior apparel being sold,” senior Rodney Malone said. “Some of the clothes are actually pretty cool and I could see myself wearing them.”
The different clothing items being sold are half-zips, crew neck sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, sweatpants, long sleeve shirts, sleeveless shirts, and even bro tanks. Each item comes in the three basic sizes of small, medium, and large and cost anywhere from $16 to $22
“The senior apparel is cool,” senior Ryan Hyde said. “It gives us a connection to the senior class that we can keep for as long as we like.”
Some seniors plan on keeping the clothing they buy as a memento from their senior year and plan on wearing it later in their lives.
“As we move into college and our life beyond it, things like the senior apparel will remind us of our school and classmates,” said senior Miles Thies.
