The Howell North 2015 Pre-Prom assembly starred an appearance from former St. Louis Ram Isaac Bruce where he awarded senior Kacey Tatum with the Isaac Bruce scholarship.
“I was speechless, it was the most amazing thing ever,” Tatum said when asked about the scholarship.
The scholarship was for $5,000 through the Isaac Bruce foundation.
