The varsity Knights lost their last home game on Oct. 16 against the Blue Jays with a score of 28-40. The first quarter ended with a score of 14-28. The second quarter ended with a score of 21-40, and the third quarter ended with a score of 28-40.
“My favorite part of the season was when we went 500, because this team never had a winning season really,” senior Moe Hill said.
During the first quarter of the game senior Najee Follin scored the first touchdown for the Knights, followed by a second touchdown scored by senior Blake Lodde. Senior Jake Viehman also scored the third touchdown for the Knights, and the last touchdown of the game was scored by freshman Maurice Massey.
“My favorite part of the season was all of the fans cheering them on, and I love when it’s really packed, and everyone just gets really excited, just the spirit of the games,” senior Abby Day said.
