One final thing to consider is you get what you pay for. An unbranded exhaust kit from eBay or Autozone will simply make the car sound louder, but not necessarily better, often resulting in what enthusiasts call the “fart can” effect. You might as well save up and spend a little more money on a proper straight pipe or muffler delete kit, or even better a full cat-back system, both of which will more often than not make your car sound more aggressive and a few extra horsepower.
