Last week it was reported by Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline that WWE has sold over 84,000 tickets forWrestleMania 32 and are nearing a sellout.
This number has now overtaken SummerSlam 1992’s WWE all time attendance record of 79,127. WrestleMania III did not have 93,173 people in attendance. The show was a true sellout but there were actually around 78,000 people in attendance total.
Vince has officially done it. His promotion has broken it’s all-time attendance record with ticket sales for the most hyped event in WWE history, WrestleMania 32 at AT&T Stadium. It wasn’t the card that sold these tickets. It was the hype and potential to be apart of a record breaking crowd.
Take a look below at the ‘semi-inflated’ attendance numbers announced by WWE for WrestleMania over the years.
