The Loop has many of different stores, restaurants and fun places to go. But many people never think about going to some of the unique stores including Vintage Vinyl and Sunshine Daydream. There are also a lot of cool restaurants like The Peacock Diner. Not a lot of people go to these places or think they would be interesting but they should because you could find/try a lot of cool stuff.

Vintage Vinyl has so many records. You could look for some by artists that you like or artists you want to try listening to. They also sometimes give out free tickets to tribute bands and artists concerts that are near Saint Louis, which even though isnt the real thing, a lot of the tribute bands are good so you could have a lot of fun if you go with friends. Workers at Vintage Vinyl were talking about the different weird things they’ve seen from people coming there.

“There is no limit to the weird things you will see when you come down here,” worker Tony Ray said.

In Sunshine Daydream there are also a lot of different and interesting things that you can buy handmade including tie dye shirts and really pretty dreamcatchers. They also sell posters and incense that smell super good. Sunshine Daydream workers have also seen a lot of crazy things as well.

“When I go outside sometimes I see people hula hooping with hoops that are on fire,” worker Allison Lume said. “We’ve seen people walk around with a baby alligator, a baby pig named Walter, and we even seen one guy walking around with a bearded dragon on his shoulder. My boss is actually glad to see that I enjoy working here so much.”

The Peacock Diner is a great place to go if your family disagrees that they want breakfast, lunch or dinner, The Peacock Dinner serves every meal all the time which is a plus aside from the fact that they’re food is really good. The workers there are also always very nice and helpful, they usually never fail to please you while you’re there. You definitely will not regret going there to eat besides when you look out the window by your table, you will see some pretty funny and weird things.

“One of the things I like about working at the loop is that people who work everywhere takes care of everyone and they are usually nice,” server Tash Whilbreed said.

The Loop has a lot of amazing stores and restaurants and these are just a few them. Going there and walking into stores that look unusual could surprise you and you might actually like the things they sell even though it looks weird on the outside.
