Bread Co. Fundraiser:

On Nov. 2, Publications will be holding a fundraiser event hosted at the Saint Louis Bread Co. off of Zumbehl. The event goes from 4 to 8p.m. There will be a flyer in the next North Star paper, Nov. 2. The flyer can also be found at FHNtoday.com/fundraiser. You will need to show the flyer to the cashier when placing your order for the proceeds to go to Publications.

Paper Day:

The newspaper staff will be releasing their monthly paper this Wednesday. The title of the newspaper will be “Six More Days,” which is a reference to the upcoming election this month.

Metro District 8 Honor Band:

This Tuesday, the district will be holding auditions for students to be in the annual district honor band. There are various types of bands such as: middle school concert and jazz bands and high school concert and jazz bands. Results for the students that make the band will most likely be posted the following day.

No School:

Next Tuesday, Nov. 8, school will not be in session. The reason for this is because of a professional development day.

Wait Until Dark:

On Nov. 3-5, Drama will be performing the play ‘Wait Until Dark’. Tickets cost $8 when purchased at lunch and they are $10 at the door. The doors open at 6:30 and the play starts at 7.
