On Sept. 24 the St. Louis Hills Art in the Park was held in Francis Park. The festival showcased approximately 80 artists in various tents around the lily pond in the center of the park. There were also several food vendors at the event serving drinks, desserts, pizza and more. The artists raffled off pieces of their work as well as displayed their art for purchase. The event also offered many kid friendly tents and activities including various craft stations and large chess sets.
