BHR is a crisis hotline center that focuses on Eastern Missouri. Each caller gets connected with a trained crisis intervention clinician free of charge. The center also has a followup program and a mobile outreach team where you can get real people to your location. Anyone can call the hotline even if they are not in their region to get over the phone help. their mission is to keep people safe and healthy.
