Contest Rules:

• Participants become eligible for the tickets by liking the official giveaway post on FHNToday’s official Instagram account and tagging a current FHN student in the comments section. Participants must be following FHNToday’s official Instagram account in order to be eligible.  
• The winner will be announced on FHN Media’s Twitter handle @FHNtoday Wednesday, July 31st at 10:00 a.m. The winner will be directly contacted via Instagram DM. The winner will receive the tickets August 1st at anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m at Francis Howell North. If the winner is not in attendance that day, the runner-up will be selected as the winner.
• All valid entrants will be eligible to win the pair of PRETTYMUCH tickets. The selected entrant may only win one pair of tickets.
• The giveaway, “PRETTYMUCH concert” is open to all members of the Francis Howell North community, students or staff, with the exception of FHN Media members.
• Participants must fulfill contest requirements by Wednesday, July 31st at 9:00 a.m.
• No entrants submitted after Wednesday, July 31st at 9:00 a.m. will be eligible for a pair tickets.
• By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these rules and decisions of the Media Advisers, Judges, and the FHN Media Editorial Board.
•  All results are final and binding in all aspects relating to the contest.
•  The Adviser and Editorial Board have the right to release and distribute all entrances to the world wide web through FHNtoday.com or by links through other social networks such as twitter or facebook.
• Entrant must agree to the use of his or her name for contest entry to be granted, and likenesses to the student body and the world wide web by the Advisers and Editorial Board without limitation, notification, or additional permission or consent.
• Entrant must agree to the use of entry for promotion purposes and for use in future events by FHN Media and the media company which provides the tickets.
• Advisers and Editorial board are not responsible for lost, damaged, inaccurate, inaudible, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, destroyed or stolen entries.
• Advisers and Editorial Board is not responsible for entries that fail to either reach the sponsor processing system, or that are processed late or incorrectly for any reason.
• Advisers and/or Editorial Board may disqualify anyone from participating in the contest or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such person is attempting or has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or is attempting to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or sponsor’s representatives or is otherwise in violation of these official rules.
• Advisers and Editorial Board reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the contest should causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt the administration or proper play of contest, and if terminated, in its sole discretion, sponsor is applicable to make changes in the voting process or to cancel all previous votes before the time of impairment.
• Each entry must agree to and abide by all the general rules listed above.

Contest Guidelines:

• FHN Media is giving away one pair of free PRETTYMUCH concert tickets to one student who likes the official giveaway post and tags a current FHN student in the comments section on the same post on FHNToday’s official Instagram account. Participant must also be following FHNTodays official Instagram account. Entrance must occur before the Wednesday, July 31st at 9:00 a.m. deadline. Any forms received after the deadline will be disqualified with no exceptions.
• The winner of the pair of tickets will receive their prize on August 1st at anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Any winner who is unable to pick up the tickets within those hours at Francis Howell North High school will be disqualified and the runner-up will be chosen to win the pair of tickets.
• The winners will be chosen by Random.org, where the first listed winner will be awarded their pair of tickets.
• FHN Media (including but not limited to the Advisers, the Editorial Board and general staff members), Francis Howell North High School nor the Francis Howell School District are responsible for any lost, stolen or defects of the prize after being received by the ticket winners.
