Charter Communications at Riverport Tower, MO houses St. Charles County CAPS, Technology Solutions classes. CAPS stands for the Center for Advanced Professional Studies and has immersed students in a professional environment. It is a national program and it’s currently in 14 different states. There are three strands for St. Charles County CAPS which include Healthcare, Business, and Technology Solutions.
