On Saturday, January 25th, the freshman boys wrestling team went head to head with many opposing schools in a GAC tournament hosted by Holt high school. During the tournament, each wrestler is divided up into their own weight class and wrestles other students in the same class. Overall, Chad Blanke won fourth in his weight class, 126, and Wyatt Nicholson won third in his weight class, 120. “At first I was feeling a bit nervous, but once I started to get into the zone I felt good and I started to wrestle my game,” said Chad Blanke.
