On February 29th the annual Polar Plunge for Special Olympics was held at Creve Coeur Lake. Student Councils and other groups around the state participated in the plunge to raise money and donations for Special Olympics. The funds raised help allow those with intellectual disabilities to train and participate in sporting events year round.
