FHN Boys Varsity Volleyball Defeats Fort Zumwalt South

Boys varsity volleyball played their sixth game on April 8 against Fort Zumwalt South.

They won three out of five sets and got yet another win. The final scores for each game was 25-21 home in the first set, 25-21 guest in the second set, 23-25 guest in the third set, 25-16 home in the fourth, and to win the game they won 15-8 in the last set.

“We played a scrappy game, but came out of it with a win,” Assistant varsity coach Jerry Seliga said.

They had some good competition against south. However, the freshman, junior varsity and varsity came out on top and all won their games. 

“Glad we survived that game, it got close, but we ended up winning,” Robin Yuede said.
