On August 21, FHN sports teams and clubs held Black and Gold Day. While this year’s Black and Gold day was much different, since the stadium where it usually takes place is torn down, clubs of the school still had booths and sold shirts, snow cones, and hot dogs. During the event, multiple teams and groups performed, including Knight Sound, Knight Pride, the cheer team, Knightline. The evening ended with a football scrimmage and a faculty vs. varsity softball wiffle ball game.

“The day was a lot of fun! I really enjoyed the lemonade from the softball booth,” said junior Andrew Nevenner, who participated in the wiffle ball game.
