On Tuesday September 15, the varsity girls volleyball team played against Fort Zumwalt South. After a tough fight, the Knights ended up losing in three sets (25-18, 28-26, 25-23). Even though they lost they made sure they put up a fight, kept the energy up, and had some laughs along the way. Next game is Thursday against Fort Zumwalt East. “I think the game went pretty good even though we lost. We kept up with their level of play and terminated balls. The scores were very close in all three sets and we tried our best to finish, they just out played us and we couldn’t bring up the energy when they got in the lead,” said Bri Wortman.
