On Dec. 17, Varsity Girls Swim competed at the St. Peters Rec Plex against eight other schools. The girls won two medals, with one in the 200 freestyle and the other in 400. At the end of the meet, the schools competed in a T-shirt contest as well as a special christmas relay in reindeer ears. “We all get to laugh together, there’s a lot less pressure on us and it’s just a fun environment to be able to see all of those schools come together and have fun together once a year,” sophomore Torie Montgomery said.
