Espinos Mexican Bar and Grill Hosts Their Annual Cinco De Mayo Celebration

Local Mexican restaurant, Espinos Mexican Bar and Grill, is hosting their annual Cinco de Mayo celebration on May 5 from 11:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m in the Chesterfield Valley. Owner Roseann Espino has owned Espinos for 18 years and works along with her husband and chef  Artemio Espino. Espinos is a family restaurant that has an extensive menu consisting of everything from their daily made soup of the day to their enchiladas, fajitas and more. This Cinco de Mayo celebration has been going on for many years and is an enjoyable event for many guest.

“Depending on the weather tents will be set up outside for the event,” Roseann Espinos says “there will be seating inside and at the bar along with food and live entertainment.”

In 2020 the celebration was not able to be thrown due to Covid, but now the event is back and in full swing. There will be two bands preforming and plenty of food to enjoy. The performers will be Kevin Babb then Leslie Craig and lastly, Scott Logan. This Cinco de Mayo celebration has been a popular event in the past and has attracted customers and friends who want celebrate Cinco de Mayo.

“It all depends,” says Roseann Espino “Anywhere from 400 to 1000 people can attend throughout the day.”
