The Culinary Arts Class Fries Food on March 13 [Photo Gallery]

On March 13, the culinary arts class,taught by Becky Just, finishes their unit on fruit and vegetables. Part of the unit is learning different techniques to cook fruits and vegetables. They learned how to deep fry cauliflower, pickles and onions. After they finish cooking, they wait for their food to cool down and eat it. Then, when they are done eating, they end the hour off with cleaning up the mess in the kitchens.
