Varsity Baseball Beats #1 School In the Area – FZW [Photo Gallery]

On Apr. 11, FHN Varsity baseball plays against the Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars in a home game. By the second inning, FZW had gotten a run, making the score 1-0. When the bottom of the third inning came, FHN got the bats going and were able to get multiple hits, eventually scoring a run. At the top of the fourth inning, FHN played tight defense and were able to keep off hits and runs. During the sixth inning, sophomore Carter Stover hit a double and got two runs in making the scoreboard read 1-3, Knights. The game ended 1-3, with a Knights win.
