On March 16, DECA hosted a volleyball tournament at the FHN gym from 6-9 PM. There were a total of ten teams. The volleyball tournament was a fundraiser for DECA along with their other fundraiser of selling OtisSpunkmeyer cookies during school hours. During this tournament the Chew-Blockas took first place, the team consisted of Luis Escobar, Luke Hollinger, Alayna Lohaus, Jayden Le, Ethan McCoy, Ellie McCoy, Jonica Schmidt, and Megan Steutermann. “I thought it was a real good experience, I thought it was fine, and I’m happy my team won,” said Ethan McCoy.
