The first game of the season, FHN boys varsity basketball fall to FZE on Nov. 21 at home. The boys had a slow start to the game by being down 6 points to East. FHN made a come back by the second half of the game winning 39-33 with many free throws by Elijah Bollinger, layups by Bryce Renz and Isaac Bollinger. North couldn’t keep up the momentum towards the end and lost 88-77 in overtime. “The overall game went well, the outcome isn’t what we wanted but we can do nothing but learn from it.” Varsity player Austin Vollmer said.
