The NAACP chapter of St. Charles has been around since 2004. The chapter started with locals who were passionate about providing and helping their community and has evolved into a major community group. Its mission is to ensure a safe community for everyone who lives in it and end discrimination of any kind. This video will go into depth on how they help the community and their future goals.
