Child Development II Works With the Mini Knights [Photo Gallery]

On Tuesday May 7, FHN’s child development 2 and 3 classes work with the “Mini Knights.” The Mini Knights are preschool students that come to North during the school day to participate in a student run educational daycare. The child development students plan lessons meeting different criteria for the preschoolers to partake in. The Mini Knights come to the high school during hours 4, 5 and 6. When the Preschoolers’ time is up, they walk to the main lobby where their adults are outside waiting to pick them up. While waiting to get picked up, the high school students play games with them to keep them sat down, such as “the floor is lava.”
