On Oct. 8th, Varsity girls volleyball played against Hazelwood Central in a home game. Before the game started, seniors Danielle Hall, Kennedy Jones, Miriam Lichty and manager Alex Williams were celebrated with flowers and walked with their families to honor the contributions they’ve made to the team over the years. The Knights began the first set, scoring the first point and continued to gain points on the Hawks, winning the first set 25-8. The Hawks kept the scores tight in the second second set, but the Knights won the second set 25-15. In the final set there was a tie, but the Knights surpassed it winning the last set 25-15. “We haven’t won on our senior night for a few years now, so it was great to win and have a good time,” Senior Danielle Hall said.
