On Tuesday Feb. 11, Mrs Beveridge’s English one class spent their 7th hour in the library complete in a small escape room themed after their novel of the semester. This semester they have begun to read the Shakepserian play, Romeo and Juliet. The purpose of the escape challenge, known as Break out Boxes, is for students to fully understand the stories they are reading through a hands-on-activity. The librarians help plan the various boxes with the language arts teachers to make sure the concepts reach the criteria of the various books.
