FACS Class Makes Quesadillas [Photo Gallery]

On February 26, During first block FACS class students cooked chicken quesadillas, guacamole, salsa, and fried ice cream. The students started by cutting and seasoning the chicken, then cooking the chicken, and lastly adding corn and red peppers. Lastly they had to hand roll the ice cream, wrap the ice cream balls in saran wrap, and then refreeze them.
