Frenchtown Holds Mardi Gras Parade [Photo Gallery]

A Mardi Gras parade was held in Frenchtown on Saturday, Mar. 1. During the parade, there were many floats and participants from all around the community, such as Canes, St.Charles Borromeo School and Parish, the St.Charles Police Department, the St.Charles Mayor, and many more. The participants all threw out beads and/or candy. The parade was intended to start at 11 a.m. but started around 11:30 a.m. and went until 12:30 p.m. (photos by: Alayna Clement)
