On March 7, boys tennis held their tryouts on the tennis courts at FHN. They began at 2:30pm and went until 5:30pm. All the boys were on the courts and they started off with warm-ups, such as running laps and then stretching. They continued to do challenge matches between different players. Tryouts were held all week with Tuesday and Wednesday being held indoors due to weather. Sophomore Brady Forbes, who played on the team last year, is very excited for the team this year and also happy with the new coaches. “The new coaches have been really helpful and I think they’ve helped the team bond well,” Forbes said. “The team as a whole is super competitive and supportive, so I think this season is going to be amazing.” (Photos by: Monica Zacarias)
