FHN Track Competes in GAC Championships [Photo Gallery]

Varsity and JV Track competed in the GAC South Championships on May 8. Held at Liberty High School, events started at 3 p.m. with the girls’ Open 1600 Meter Run and steadily moved on throughout the day. Varsity runner Hudson Rowatt took first place in both the 100 and 200-Meter Dash with marks of 10.95 and 22.10 seconds. The team had various other top placements including first place in the JV girls’ 100-Meter Dash by sophomore Elizabeth Rodriguez, and junior Jillian Hoelting finishing second in the same event for the varsity team.
