On May 13 the Boys Varsity Baseball team traveled to Fort Zumwalt East to play an away game against the Lions. The first pitch was at 4:30 PM, thrown by junior Landon Stirrett. The game started off with the Lions taking an early lead on the Knights. By the end of the first inning the score was 0-2 in favor of the Lions. For the next three innings, both teams remained scoreless. In the fourth inning the Knights added two runs onto their score. Making the score 2-2. While in the fifth inning the Lions scored four more runs, making the score 2-6 with the Lions in the lead. Throughout the last two innings, the Lions added six runs onto their score.
