Senate Bill 68, passed by the Missouri Legislature and Governor Mike Kehoe, restricts students in public schools from using personal devices throughout the school day. With technology a prevalent part in many lives, the new law has presented challenges to students, parents, teachers, and coaches. Communication in schools has had to adapt in order to accommodate a new approach to learning.
