On Nov. 25 in the FHN auditorium, the choirs performed in their annual winter concert. The choirs include the Aurora Treble Choir, Contus Choir, Concert Chorale, Bella Voces, and Knightsound. The concert was a showcase of music that the students have learned during the first semester of the school year. A dessert silent auction was run throughout the concert as a fundraiser for Bella Voces and their trip to New Mexico to sing at the SWAGDA conference. After a rigorous audition process, Bella Voces is the first high school choir to be selected from the greater St. Louis area, as was announced by Jennifer Oncken, the choir teacher at FHN. The concert ended with FHN alumni called up on stage to sing, and the audience was invited to join a Christmas medley singalong. (Photos by Claire Locke)
