JV Girls Basketball Defeats Zumwalt East Lions [Photo Gallery]

On Nov. 25, the JV Girls Basketball team began their season with a home game against the Fort Zumwalt East Lions. The Knights started off strong with the lead and ended the first quarter with a score of 28-2. The Knights continued with that lead and ended the second quarter with a score of 43-2. The game ended at halftime due to a lack of players from East’s side, resulting in the Knights’ victory. “I think next game we’re gonna work more on communication. I feel like our communication was a little bit off, but I still feel as a whole that we played good,” junior Kara Frey said. (Photos By: Lizeth Zacarias)
