FHEA president, Francine Hill, discusses funding changes throughout the Francis Howell School District on Feb. 19 at the Francis Howell School District office. Hill shares that FHSD programs run on funding therefore being selective to where the funds are going should be a priority. She would like to find places to keep these families informed on these issues off of social media platforms.
